Unfriendly dealings with customers, pizzas with extra requests often come out incorrectly or not at all, and the quality of the pizzas depends on the shape of the day. Not recommendable.

Service more than very unfriendly, just cheeky. You don't get any information about what to pay and how long to wait.

The pizza is just fantastic but a star suit for the rudeness. The owner is naughty and rude to no end. On the phone you are pecked at for all questions and inquiries. However, when you are there, the staff are very friendly.

Pizza 5 stars, service 2 stars, friendliness 1 star.

Very good pizza but today was the last time I ordered. Well, I canceled the order after the more than very unfriendly conversation. That's not possible! I have absolutely no understanding of how rude you are to talking to customers on the phone. After asking to be more friendly, you get nagged about. An absolute no go for a catering business. If you can't deal with customers, you should choose another job. Not again!

Da Franco has been in Plettenberg for an estimated 30 years now, and not without reason. If you want Italian pizza and pasta, you just have to go here. Yes, the shop is very small and limited to the essentials, but somehow cozy and, more importantly, owner-managed. Italians work here with their temperament, if you can't cope with it you should maybe go through life a little more relaxed or get a loveless pizza without culture from one of the many kebab shops. Admittedly, waiting times of just under 2 hours are not optimal, but an indication that the shop is running 😉

Delicious pizza, personality unfriendly

This is the best pizzeria we have here. And because that is the case, you sometimes have to wait longer - but it's worth it. The owner is always very friendly, he doesn't even refuse to put pineapple on my pizza salami;) Otherwise a horror for Italians. In addition, he always packs gummy bears for the children. I can only imagine that his kind of humor is misunderstood. Or there is a lack of courtesy as it echoes into the forest ... I rate that after long years of loyalty, it's not a one-time snapshot. Ordered menu up and down, it was and is always great.

Good pizza at reasonable prices. The pizza is usually ready very quickly. I haven't had long waits here yet.

I ordered a pizza this one was super, Very big and really delicious. My buddy had ordered noodles, which tasted good, but the portion was rather for children. Altogether nevertheless 4 stars tastefully it was good.

Was there to get a salad. I found the salad rather than a standard side salad and made with little love for the product. I would rate the friendliness with means and say in conclusion, I'm not sure if I go again. Positive is the central location in Plettenberg and the speed.
